Megan McKenzie

Megan is an actor, writer and filmmaker born and raised in Los Angeles. At the ripe age of two, Megan memorized the entire Cinderella story her parents read to her at bedtime and often recited the book in its entirety to unsuspecting victims. Thus, her storytelling journey was born. Megan has written and stared in the web series, “Penny Cooks,” and “People who Brunch,” which earned her a “best comedic actress” nomination at the LA WebFest. Currently, Megan is in pre-production on an original comedic short film, “Hippie Happenings.” 

Megan studied acting at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts and then went on to USC, where she took writing and directing classes, majoring in Narrative Studies. She is a forever student of the art of storytelling and owns a small production company where she amplifies the voices of everyday world changers.
